Patti brings twelve years of experience as an Independent licensed insurance agent, specializing in Medicare and senior benefits.
She is also a three-time award-winning financial coach for baby boomer women and the proud co-author of the best-selling book, Supercharge Your Success. She is a native to Northern California, and an alumni of The American College for Insurance and Financial Planning.
Patti is a seasoned advisor, having taught over 100 seminars, helping school teachers and hard-working Americans create a financially secure retirement, which includes minimizing healthcare costs.
Over the last decade, she has been one of only a handful of advisors who are certified and authorized to provide retirement planning services within California public school districts. She works with school teachers in the Cal-STRS system (CA State Teachers Retirement System) to help them maximize their retirement and healthcare choices.
As an advocate for women’s issues she supports Women Who Care, the fundraising arm of Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula. She also supports Mercy Multiplied, a non-profit Christian organization that rescues young women from devastating life situations, including sex-trafficking and teenage prostitution.

Astrid is a native of Colombia and has lived in San Francisco for more than 30 years. Her experience as an entrepreneur co-founding 2 businesses for her family, Elite Sport Soccer & Artillery AG, led her to realize the great need that exists to understand the financial system and the tax laws of this country. That's how Astrid entered in the Financial Industry, becoming an Independent Licensed Insurance Broker specializing in Life, Health and Medicare plans.

awarded the Moyer Foundation’s “Volunteer for Good” for outstanding fundraising efforts on behalf of Hospice’s bereavement camps for children.
During her tenure as a Farmers Insurance Agent, she specialized in commercial insurance for small businesses to mitigate risk by analyzing current coverage and making appropriate recommendations to protect company assets. She consistently met and exceeded production quotas and earned several awards and recognition for profitability and outstanding sales performance.
In her current role as an Account Executive with Old Republic Home Protection, she offers solid home warranty industry experience to her clients, along with her energetic, dependable, dedicated, and professional work ethic. She prides herself on her excellent follow-up, communication skills, honesty and commitment to providing win-win solutions.

Bharat immigrated to the US in 1977 from India and was educated as a civil engineer. He worked in the construction of infrastructure in Chicago, IL. After moving to California in 1979, he worked in the area of Seismic analysis of the Nuclear Power plants. As a result of drastic changes in the nuclear industry, he started his own commercial printing business. He successfully owned and operated a successful printing business for 30 years. He now brings a unique set of entrepreneurial skills and customer service to help make the most for his clients at JBI.
Having hands-on experience in running a business and navigating through industries' complex compliance and government regulations, Bharat is a natural leader and professional self-starter with the ability to inspire team members. He always attributes his success to his enthusiasm and providing the best customer service by putting customers’ interests first, making customers' needs a priority and making every day a practice in winning customers’ trust. His business experience and dedication to helping customers are most important to JB Insurance Services.
Bharat has spent over 20 years volunteering in the community, assisting with non-profit organizations such as the Kiwanis Club of San Jose, holding the position of Secretary and Board Member, networking and volunteering at TiE, the organization to fostering entrepreneurship. He is the lead volunteer for the conferences for the Business Competition and Global idea Competition for The Clean Tech Open in Redwood City, volunteered at Santa Clara County Voting Center for the last four years, and he has volunteered in various religious organizations.
In his spare time, Bharat spends time with his wife, 2 sons, and 3 grandchildren.
Ciena attends West Valley College and plans to transfer to a state college in the future.
She has experience in office administration and has a keen desire to learn new things.
